As per the policy, for women's innerwear, returns can accepted within 3 days only on unused products and in original packaging condition.
Return/Exchange for a product is issued only after it clears all the quality checks as per Alisha return policy. Our executive will conduct an extensive verification at the time of the pickup.
Must be Return/Exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase by the customer.
The customer must submit the original purchase bill.
1- Damages due to misuse of product by the buyer. 2- Women's innerwear never accept if use products or open in original packaging 3- Any product that is returned without original packaging and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered. 4- Garments, which is 'made to order' on customer's request. 5- Clothes used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. 6- Color running or fading due to product being washed in a wrong manner. 7- Color running or fading due to product being washed along with other bright color items. 8- Time Limits Policy break more than 3 days
As per our Return/Exchange policy, we issue a replace items or purchase any other items as same price amount. For a hassle-free return/exchange, the users should make sure to check the product page to find out whether the product is returnable or non-returnable and keep it undamaged as well as completely unused after delivery. The users who paid online for buying the product, through debit or credit card or internet banking will receive an instant refund in their Alisha. They can use the ‘wallet money’ for future purchases from Alisha or can also get the amount refunded to the respective card or to their bank account.
